Productlane is the support platform for modern software companies, used by Clerk, Bitcoin.com, Whop, Inngest, or Linearity. We started in 2021 and have handled more than 800,000 support conversations since. We are profitable, growing fast and onboarding new teams every day.
We believe customer support should run like software. Questions that have been answered once should answer themselves. Productlane is the only support tool built on Linear, and the only one with a sync engine behind it. We are becoming the default platform for support that runs itself.
Our agent already resolves conversations end to end. When it finds a bug, it files a Linear issue and follows up once the fix ships. What is left is real product work, and that is the work worth doing by hand.

You would work across the whole product, from the support inbox to the Productlane Agent behind it. Making support fully autonomous is the most interesting engineering problem we have.
You would work directly with Raphael and the other engineers. There is no product layer in between, so the spec is usually yours to write.
